One of the greatest joys of life is seeing the results of your influence in someone that lost their dream. Having a title, or sitting on a podium means absolutely nothing if we are not helping others to realize their greatest potential.
We have a mandate from God to loose the band’s of the wicked, to undo heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free and most of all to BREAK EVERY YOKE.
You see as leaders, we are called upon to bring change to the lives of people. God did not call us nor plant us in a position of power to make ourselves look good, or to establish laws to benefit ourselves, but there are people out there that have stopped dreaming, there are young men that are searching for positive role models, there is a young girl that’s looking for a brighter future. It’s up to us to unselfishly empower people to believe again, to hope again, to start dreaming again.
Leaders this is our wake up call. Let the true leaders stand up. Don’t allow your title to redefine your principles. The greatest and strongest quality of a leader is humility. Now is a great time to show the love of Christ through your leadership skills. God has empowered and established you to reach out and empower others to grow, to reach their greatest potential, to acquire success and to grow in their walk with God.
Leadership is not just a title or a label, it’s a God given mandate..
