Morning Note:
True Ministry is not inside the building called “The Church”, true ministry takes place outside the walls. So “the building” being closed or open should not stress a true Christian. Jesus said ” to go out into the highways and hedges. Our love for and dedication to Christ should be what moves us.
Father, we repent for putting the weight of our commitment to You on whether or not we can go into our brick and mortar places of worship. You have taught us over and over that true worship takes place in our hearts. Father, You told us that when we serve the least, the sick and shut-in, the widows, the inmates this is our true service to You. Father, we got it wrong to think that going to “The Building” meant that we were right with You. Forgive us. No human can take away nor give your “heart” the permission to worship the Father. For true worship takes place in the heart. When our heart is right true Ministry goes forth with or without permission. #HeartCheck
